Meade County Event Center

                                                       The Meade County Fair Association along with the Meade Co 4-H program,is currently fundraising to construct a multipuprose facility for youth, families and community development,

that will be available for public use.  This building will be located beside the Meade County

Fair Livestock Barn, near the Sturgis Brown High School campus.

The finished 60' x 122' building will feature a large multi-purpose area, kitchenette, meeting room and restrooms.  The building will have unlimited uses such as:

  • Display Meade County Fair exhibits,

  • Hold 4-H and other youth workshops

  • Blood Drives

  • Dances

  • Graduation Parties

  • Family Reunions

  • Auctions

  • Meeting room for various businesses and organizations

  • Other activities
